Couple getting married in Penáguila Valencia Spain countryside. Couple kissing and embracing at their boda, country house with golden sun

Nestled in the breathtaking Spanish countryside, Moli De Les Pereres in Penáguila, Valenciana, proved to be the perfect setting for an intimate family wedding. This rustic and elegant villa was a serene escape where love and family came together in the most beautiful way.

The day began with capturing the beautiful moments of preparation. The little flower girls twirled with excitement in their pretty dresses, while the bride radiated pure joy. One of my favorite parts of the day is documenting the bride as she gets ready, surrounded by her closest family and friends. The anticipation, the heartfelt smiles, and the quiet, emotional moments before walking down the aisle make for some of the most treasured memories.

The boys kept it fun with lots of laughs and lots of excitement to see dad all dressed up. Everyone was anticipating the moment the beautiful bride would walk down the aisle.

What made this wedding truly remarkable wasn’t just the stunning backdrop but the many unique and emotional moments that unfolded throughout the day. The bride’s arrival was one for the books—gracefully riding in on horseback. After emotional vows the bride and groom were celebrated with the traditional rice throwing as they laughed down the aisle.

To add to the magic, doves were released into the sky—a beautiful representation of peace and new beginnings. One of the doves decided to stay and enjoy the reception with the happy couple.

Laughter and joy filled the air during the reception as heartfelt and humorous speeches were shared. One of the most entertaining moments of the evening came during the bouquet toss, where a friendly (yet competitive!) scramble for the bouquet resulted in cheers and laughter from all sides.

After everyone was full of good food, good conversation and lots of laughter, I stole the bride and groom away for a few quiet moments together. These intimate portraits are always some of my favourites. With all the big moments behind them, the couple could finally exhale, and completely relish the moment together. The love, joy, and pure bliss in these photos make them truly special.

As the evening settled into a warm, golden glow, the newlyweds shared their first dance under a canopy of stars, and soft twinkle of string lights. With their family gathered around, watching in admiration, it was the perfect way to end their magical day.
